Description

Hand-dyed organic peace silk updates Nicholas Kirkwood's signature BEYA in an artisanal, sustainable fashion. This version is part of the collaboration with Botanical Inks, a natural dye house championing organic and locally foraged materials. It's crafted in peace silk using the shibori technique to create a one-of-a-kind, abstract pattern that complements the heel's geometric silhouette. It's lined with 100% biodegradable LWG-certified leather and features a vegetable-tanned, plastic-free sole.

Due to the hand-dyeing technique, the pattern on each pair of shoes will be unique.

Italian sizing. Fits true to size although this style is narrow on the toe, take 1/2 a size up if you have a wider foot.

Peace silk is an extremely precious fabric and specialist cleaning is recommended. Avoid using solvents and leather cleaning products, and keep out of contact with liquids or sharp objects that may irreparably damage the material.

The soles are made from vegetable-tanned natural leather and are plastic-free. They are finished using a brushing technique so no harmful chemicals are used. As such, small, unique details may be present.
