Shipping Options and Times

 

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Express service for most of Europe and the USA: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.

Standard Service for selected countries: delivery within 2-6 days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Our orders can be delivered by DHL or FedEx.


All returns are complimentary within 14 days of purchase, and we offer free pick up and return in store.

Delivery duties are included in the item price when shipping to all EU countries plus USA, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, Bahrain, India, Norway, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, U.A.E., Japan, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, San Marino, Colombia, Chile and Argentina. All import duties are included in your order – the price you see is the price you pay.

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 2-7 business days after it's dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
